Space for a parent’s questions

Anna’s work includes consultations for parents, parenting difficulties, relationships and social skills. You may bring a particular family situation or questions about everyday contact with your child.

You can discuss observations about your child as well as your own emotions and needs as a parent. You do not need a ready-made explanation of behaviour or a decision about what further support should look like.

Anna’s approach and background

Anna is a psychologist. She uses tools from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Nonviolent Communication. Her description emphasises working without rushing or judgement, at a pace adapted to the individual.

Her qualifications also include Social Skills Training (TUS) and Kids’ Skills. These are part of her professional background; the scope of a particular parenting consultation should be discussed in relation to your own reason for seeking support.

Requesting a consultation

When booking, explain that you would like a consultation as a parent and provide your child’s age. Ask whether the first conversation should involve the parents alone or also the child, rather than assuming who should attend.

Confirm current availability, location, format and price through the contact details or the specialist’s calendar. If you are seeking an assessment, make that request separately from a consultation about parenting.
